Has anyone ever been to Pluto?
No. The only spacecraft people have ever sent to Pluto is the New Horizons robotic space probe. Pluto never gets closer to Earth than about 4.28 billion km (2.66 billion miles). This is well beyond the limit of any human-rated spacecraft. There is no chance that any human will attempt to travel to Pluto any time in the foreseeable future.
