Flying Inside Saturn's Rings

This video shows the first of a series of close fly-bys performed by the Cassini spacecraft in 2017. Part of Cassini's "grand finale", these maneuvers involved flying inside Saturn's rings.

The video starts looking at the strange north pole vortex, then moves south past the the hexagon-shaped jet stream and ends before reaching the equator.
