Facts About Adrastea:

  • Adrastea is the second moon from Jupiter.
  • It is the smallest of the four inner moons.
  • It was discovered in photographs taken by the Voyager 2 space probe in 1979. It was the first moon to be discovered from images taken by a space probe, rather than a telescope.
