Has anyone ever been to an asteroid?
No, no-one has ever been to an asteroid. The only celestial body people have ever visited outside Earth is the Moon. Asteroids are much farther away and harder to visit. However, it is likely that people will one day visit asteroids, either in the asteroid belt or perhaps an asteroid that comes near Earth.
